Marcy oversees all fundraising, marketing, and communications initiatives that support Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice philanthropic programs. Working collaboratively with both Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice Foundation Boards, and a statewide staff, Marcie’s role is not only to raise money to fund programs but also to raise awareness for Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice’s not-for-profit mission. The fundraising team focuses on a strong annual fund along with major and planned gifts, grants, and high-profile events.

Leading the statewide development team, Barbara works with staff, board members and community volunteers to guide the implementation of all fundraising initiatives that support Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice philanthropic programs. In addition to cultivating and stewarding key donor relationships, Barbara provides leadership oversight on major gifts, annual fund, grants and foundation funding, special event fundraisers, third party fundraisers and donation processing.

As Director of Philanthropy, Melissa oversees the organization’s fundraising efforts in northern Michigan. Melissa ensures that Hospice of Michigan’s supporters experience genuine, high-quality interactions with the organization. Melissa works with prospective donors, to expand their awareness and solicit financial support for Hospice of Michigan.  She also administers the Gestures of Grace fund, helping to fulfill special requests for patients and families.
