Janine McGraw, MPH, is director of organizational quality for the Maggie Allesee Center for Quality of Life. She is responsible for all quality and process improvement components of the Center's research, education and consumer outreach programs including customer focus groups, total quality management principles and data information collection for new products and service innovation.
