Hospice of Michigan is lead by the President/CEO and an Executive Team comprised of four Vice Presidents. As a nonprofit organization, HOM is governed by the Hospice of Michigan Board of Trustees and Hospice of Michigan Foundation Trustees. Additional leadership is provided by the regional boards, community service groups and advisory committees.
