Janine McGraw, MPH
Director of Organizational Quality

Janine McGraw is Director of Organizational Quality for the Maggie Allesee Center for Quality of Life. She is responsible for all quality and process improvement components of the Center’s research, education and consumer outreach programs including customer focus groups, total quality management principles and data information collection for new products and service innovation.

Ms. McGraw came to Hospice of Michigan in 2000 as Corporate Director of Quality and Compliance. She has coordinated process improvement activities, strategic initiative efforts, establishment of quality indicators, and customer focus groups, utilizing skills as a certified trainer and facilitator. Prior to HOM, Ms. McGraw worked at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital-Oakland, in Pontiac, where she was vice president of organizational quality with accountability for quality planning and initiatives, the customer relations program, accreditation, and regulatory areas for the full continuum of care, including homecare and hospice services. She worked there for 16 years, beginning as director of the laboratory, then administrator for additional ancillary departments.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology at Wayne State University and a master’s in Public Health at the University of Michigan. Ms. McGraw lives in Bloomfield Township with her two children.
