Dottie E. Deremo President, Chief Executive Officer
Dorothy E. (Dottie) Deremo, a resident of Farmington Hills, is the president and chief executive officer of Hospice of Michigan. With revenues of approximately $70M, Hospice of Michigan (HOM) is the largest state-wide nonprofit, end-of-life care provider in the nation, serving 900 patients a day across 54 counties in Michigan.
Prior to working for HOM, Ms. Deremo was vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at Henry Ford Health System. She has held several executive positions at the Detroit Medical Center and been an assistant professor at both Michigan State University and Wayne State University during her 40-year health care career.

Robert Cahill is directly responsible for all financial affairs including; accounting and general ledger work, accounts payable, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, and patient financial services. Michael Paletta, MD, FAAHPM Chief Medical Officer and Corporate Medical Director
Executive Director, Maggie Allesee Center for Palliative Care Research and Education
As Corporate Medical Director for Hospice of Michigan, Michael J. Paletta, MD, provides medical oversight for the statewide organization and provides consultation to physicians who refer patients to the organization, which provides end-of-life services for approximately 950 patients each day in 56 counties around the state. He is a distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
